The Sin City sexpot delivered daughter West Flynn Sunday in Los Angeles, per People.
West is the first child for 35-year-old Shelton and her husband, producer Beau Flynn; the tyke weighed in at a whopping 9 pounds.
 
Mother and baby are "doing great", according to the proud father. "She is an absolutely miraculous, gorgeous bundle of pure love," Flynn gushed to the mag.
The couple married in 2001 and announced their pregnancy in March.
